Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the 330 DES ST-Boot, Hot Weather, Chocolate Brown, Safety. The proposed acquisition covers a requirement for the 330 DES ST-Boot, Hot Weather, Chocolate Brown, Safety for multiple NSN(s) made in accordance with Belleville�s style of the 330 DES ST or equal. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order. The estimated quantity is 2,003 pairs. The estimated dollar value will not exceed $250,000. Inspection and Acceptance at source. Delivery will be required 60 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. All components and manufacturing must be of domestic origin. This is a request for competitive quotations with a priority of D0-C9 DPAS rating. Interested people may identify their request and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations. All quotes must received by March 2, 2021, 3:00pm �for more information contact Saniyyah Jones. Please see the attachment for solicitation SPE1C1-21-Q-0079 and Attachments A & B for the proposed acquisition for the 330 DES ST-Boot, Hot Weather, Chocolate Brown, Safety. All offerors MUST be registered in CCR in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered. � The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statues (including what is commonly referred to as �The Berry Amendment�) impose restrictions on the DoD�s acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and �specialty metals� (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014), including materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 252.7002-2 exceptions applies.
