THIS IS THE SOLICITATION NOTICE:� The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 7 intends to solicit proposals for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in Little Rock, AR and Full Maintenance (FM) services at the Little Rock Bankruptcy Courthouse and Batesville, AR. FM services include operations and maintenance, custodial, and grounds maintenance services.� Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, custodial, grounds maintenance, and all related services located within the property line of the following locations.�� OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: AR0030RK -Richard Sheppard Arnold USCH, 600 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201 (gross area of 253,374 total square feet) AR0063RK - Little Rock Federal Building, 700 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201 (gross area of 345,580 total square feet) AR0085RK - Little Rock Annex-Richard Sheppard Arnold USCH-Annex, 500 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201 (gross area of 153,323 total square feet) FULL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: AR0031ZZ - Little Rock Bankruptcy Courthouse, 300 W. 2nd St., Little Rock, AR 72201-2410 (20,135 square feet of outside grounds, gross area of 73,162 total square feet) AR0079ZZ - Batesville, AR U.S Postal Service/Courthouse, 409 E. College St., Batesville, AR 72501 (47,330 square feet of outside grounds, gross area of 47,899 total square feet) In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.15, this�acquisition is 100% Set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 47PH0221R0006.� The period of performance consists of a one-year (1) base period plus four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about May 1, 2021. NOTE: The solicitation includes�FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which would allow the government to extend the period of performance and additional 6 months, if necessary.
