- Amendment 2: Extending due from 10 Feb to 24 Feb, and added DFARS Clause 252.215-7008 Only One Offer. Amendment 1. Incorporating Q&A.� This requirement is for Sanitary Sewage Lift Station and Grease Trap Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (ATTACHMENT 1). A complete list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure, including options, is included in the attached Solicitation (SF 1449). The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, material services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform the required maintenance and repairs in accordance with the solicitation, and attached PWS. Failure to read the specifications in their entirety will not relieve the offeror from the responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or price of successfully performing the work. Failure to do so will be at the offeror's risk. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall stand firm for 90 calendar days from the close date of this solicitation. NOTE: The Government will not pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals or other costs incurred in response to this announcement. The anticipated period of performance will be from 01 March 2021 through 30 September 2021 plus four (4) Option Years. The period of performance may change upon award of the contract. A full list of provisions and clauses which apply to this acquisition are found in the attached SF 1449. All prospective offerors are urged to visit Travis AFB, CA and visually inspect the facilities and the nature of work. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items and the addendums, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items, and the addendum, applies to this acquisition. � � PROPOSAL DUE DATE: ��Proposals must arrive no later than 1:00 P.M., Pacific Time, on 10 February 2021. Proposals � � received after this date and time, will not be considered. Only electronic files will be accepted. � Proposals must be sent via e-mail to judejames.rubrico@us.af.mil. All submissions shall include � the solicitation number in the subject line of the email. Emailed proposals must not be greater than �10MB per email.
