- 2/10/2021 MODIFICATION 02 ISSUED Due to a systems error for Solicitation 1333MF21QNFFN0012 for the Janitorial Services in Panama City, FL., the response date has been extended through Friday, February 19, 2021, closing time 4:00 PM EST.� On February 3, 2021 Modification 02 was issued to Solicitation 1333MF21QNFFN0012 to add information regarding the site visit that was schedule on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, the response date was also to be extended through Friday, February 15, and Q&A�s were also updated with additional information, however, due to the error it did not post to the solicitation correctly.� Site visit is now scheduled for Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM EST.� Please email Jenny Morales at jenny.morales@noaa.gov to schedule your visit no later than Friday, February 12, 2021, 12:00 Noon EST.� No requests will be accepted after this date and time.� You will self-certify that you are COVID-19 free by completing the attached Department of Commerce COVID-19 form and bringing it to the site visit.� Please have your face masks on at all times.� *NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ADDRESSED DURING THE SITE VISIT.� PLEASE SAVE ALL QUESTIONS UNTIL AFTER THE SITE VISIT AND EMAIL THEM DIRECTLY TO KAREN.BECK@NOAA.GOV *THE FINAL RESPONSE DATE TO SUMBIT QUOTE/PROPOSAL FOR SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2021 4:00 PM EST.� �The following changes for Modification 02 are listed below:� Scheduled site visit has been changed to Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm EST at the NOAA Laboratory in Panama City, FL Solicitation Response date is changed to 2/19/21, 4:00 PM PST Additional bathroom with shower added to the statement of work.� (total bathrooms � 6) Updated Q&A�s � with information on: Generated waste removal Site visit schedule and final response date Additional bathroom with shower added to scope of work (Statement of Work revised) Follow up on training certifications Past performance information Submittal of proposal information PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING ATTACHMENTS: Statement of Work Revision 01 (changes highlighted) Combined Synopsis Solicitation 1333MF21QNFFN0012 Revision 02 (changes highlighted) Revision 02 Questions and Answers Solicitation 1333MF21QNFFN0012 Department of Commerce COVID-19 Self-Certifying health assessment Form (to bring to site visit) 2/2/2021 - MODIFICATION 01 issued to add the Q&A's (Questions and Answers).� Please see attachment.
