Delineated Area: North:� CA-237; South: I-280/I-680; East: I-680; West: CA-85 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,890 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,235 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code, including Reserved parking Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 reserved spaces for GOVs, plus parking to code Full Term: 15 years, 10 years firm Special Requirements: �� � � � �Space must be contiguous and located above the ground floor of the building; �� � � � �Professional office environment. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
