Description

This requirement is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove/replace/upgrade the existing Security and Fire Alarm systems in four buildings: The 11,800 sq. foot single story Headquarters/Visitor Center, which was constructed in 2009, the 777 sq. foot Outdoor Classroom which was constructed in 2009, the 4,100 sq. foot Maintenance Building which was constructed in 2002 and the 6,600 square foot Fire Cache Building which was constructed in 2006. The work also includes installing one multi-head security camera and associated monitoring equipment which will monitor the maintenance building area and Fire Cache building. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The location of the project is Necedah National Wildlife Refuge in Juneau County, Wisconsin. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00
