- Description
- February 11, 2021 Good afternoon, I understand your frustration, yet appreciate your patience as we work through thevettingprocess for access to the controlled documents for this RFI. The new process through beta.SAM.gov requests submission of your DD 2345. Please email those directly to lisa.bennett@usmc.mil, as I am unable to access them through the system. As a result of this delay, the due date has been extended to Friday,19 February 2021 at 11:59 pm, local time, Quantico, Virginia. Please be reassured that access will be granted as soon as the vetting process has beencompleted. Best regards. Lisa Bennett Request for Information: Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager, Command Element Systems, Program Manager Communications Systems, Product Manager Terrestrial High Capacity Communications (THC2) seeks industry feedback on the draft performance specification (PSPEC) and statement of work (SOW) for the Expeditionary Advanced Ground Link (EAGL). The feedback gathered from this effort will be compiled and used to inform the final solicitation for this contracting effort. MCSC, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement to procure the EAGL programs Approved Acquisition Objective of 532 systems. The EAGL program supports the mission of the Terrestrial Wideband Transmission Systems Family of Systems which is to provide reliable and resilient wideband communication paths between Command and Control (C2) nodes across the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF). EAGL will leverage new and existing technologies to provide the FMF with an improved transmission capability that operates at higher data rates while still maintaining secure communications.
