AMENDMENTS 2/11/2021 QUESTION 1: Will a separate �notice to proceed� be issued after the contractor receives a contract/purchase order?� ANSWER: Award will be made and whoever wins the�contract needs to set up a time with the point of contact in the award to get moving on this.� Reminder, this is under a supply primary cost. QUESTION 2: If yes, what is the time period between the award/contract notice and the issuance of the notice to proceed? ANSWER: See response to question 1.� QUESTION 3: What action will be taken if the notice to proceed is not issued with enough time to provide for installation before the 120 days has expired?�� ANSWER: See response to question 1.� � 2/9/2021 � floor plan is attached.� 2/8/2021 QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Is the computer the front end of the Automated Logic BMS or the front end of a Liebert Site Scan BMS?��Computer is front end of the Automated Logic BMS Is it the responsibility of the contractor to contract with Automated Logic for the tie in, or is it the contractor�s responsibility to provide a complete operating system and the customer will have Automated Logic come in after wards to make the connection?��It is the responsibility of the contractor to contract with Automated Logic for the tie in. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION � PURCHASE, REPLACE AND UPGRADE THE COMPUTER ROOM AIR CONDITIONING (CRAC) UNIT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE (WFO) JACKSONVILLE, FL This is a Liebert 8-ton quantity of two brand or equal:� At time of quote submission please identify clearly whether you are providing the Liebert brand or the brand equivalency with the specifications for any other brand. Equivalency will be based upon system performance, reliability, energy efficiency, footprint, warranty and meeting all specification requirements. This is a Pass/Fail for meeting the technical requirements. This requirement is posted as a product requirement under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) due to the product is the greater cost over the nonpersonal services.
