- The BLM is conducting market research for the potential award of a contract for the development and management of a preventative maintenance (PM) and mechanical integrity (MI) program in accordance with the draft Statement of Work. The BLM is seeking information from interested parties with experience in establishing and managing a PM and MI program in the oil and gas industry. This is a Sources Sought only and is being issued for the purposes of conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Market research will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is: 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard for this NAICS is $8,000,000.00. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought request does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submission of any information in response to this request is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in your firm's response to this request.
