Notice Type: Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for the Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance for the Pandemic Case Management Suite (PCMS) Program. Synopsis: This announcement constitutes as a NOCA by the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Hanscom AFB, MA. The Government Air Force Acquisition COVID-19 Task Force (DAF ACT) intends to issue a sole source Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract to acquire and identify specific engineering services from a non-governmental source to support the ongoing engineering efforts of PCMS program, under�FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. A redacted Justification and Approval will be published after contract award. Virginia Beach, VA 10) Description: The PCMS response strategy provides the Department of Defense (DoD) a robust capacity for commanders and medical providers to make informed decisions across the current and future pandemic life cycle. The SETA contractor provides vital PCMS response strategy information to rapidly assess COVID-19 infection impacts on current and future operation. The contractor has experience and a robust knowledge of the PCMS program. Additionally, the contractor provides a unique set of skills into the execution and continuing efforts of PCMS in turn saving the government both monetarily and time. In order for PCMS to continue to be successful, the DoD intends to sole source award the contract in order to address the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in a judicious and effective manner. 11) Place of Performance: Washington D.C. 12) Authority: Sole Source HUBZone in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 No telephone responses will be accepted. Any information submitted by respondents to this Notice of Proposed Contract Action is strictly voluntary. To the maximum extent possible, please submit non-proprietary information. Any proprietary information submitted should be identified as such and will be properly protected from disclosure. No classified information shall be submitted. Any response submitted by respondents to this NOCA constitutes consent for that submission to be reviewed by Government personnel.
