- Industrial Control System Upgrade This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice exists strictly for market research and planning purposes. Please reference number 140A1121Q0009 when responding to this announcement. Your response to the information requested will assist the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Colorado River Agency (CRA) in planning the appropriate acquisition strategy. I. Purpose: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes, regarding the availability and capability of potential sources (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises/ISBEEs, Indian Economic Enterprises/IEEs, Small Business entities, Large Business entities) that can provide the required services described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The NAICS code for this planned acquisition is 221111 Hydroelectric Power Generation with a 500 Employee size standard. ""Indian"" means Native American Indian or Native Alaskan as defined under the Buy Indian Act. II. Response Information: In order for the BIA to assess an organization's capability, responses must provide enough detail to indicate that it can provide the services meeting the requirements in the draft SOW. The BIA is not interested in simple marketing materials or brochures, incomplete responses that do not conform to the elements of this Sources Sought Notice, or references to vendor websites. With your response, please include: a. DUNS /Number; b. Company Name (as shown on the SAM registration); c. Company Address; d. Type of Company (i.e. Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE), Small Business, Large Business as validated via the System for Award Management (SAM); e. Company point of contact, title, phone and email address; f. Current GSA Schedules appropriate to this notice, if your company has one. All responses must be submitted in an electronic format via e-mail to Paul.Robinson@bia.gov on or before March 12, 2021. The BIA will not accept responses after the due date. Responses must not exceed ten (10) pages. The BIA will not accept phone calls regarding this notice. III. Disclaimer: This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the BIA to award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with your submittal. The BIA will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. Information received will be used in BIA's market research effort and for procurement planning purposes. The Government reserves the right to contact, or not to contact, any party responding to this notice in order to obtain further information for market research purposes. Respondents are advised that BIA is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. IV. Confidentiality: No proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The BIA reserves the right to use any non-proprietary information in any resultant solicitation.
