- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE W912QR21Q0033 SPECIAL NOTICE:� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting quotes for the lease of 60x24 Modular Relocatable Building at Fort Campbell, KY. As part of the contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Water and Sanitary Sewer Utility Services � Jacobs is the only provider of water and sanitary sewer utility services in the vicinity of Fort Campbell, KY Electric Utility Services � City Light and Power is the only provider of electric utility services in the vicinity of Fort Campbell, KY. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
