COMMUNITY TREATMENT SERVICES FOR DRUG ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT LEBANON, VA The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient mental health and substance abuse services within 10 miles of the Russell County Social Services, located at 79 Rogers Street, Lebanon, VA 24266 and must be located within a 0.5 mile walk from community based transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on or about April 1, 2021 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are renewed) on or about March 31, 2026. The services required for this contract will include a Base Year through Option Year Four, and a Potential Six-Month Extension.�� Base Year: 04/01/2021 � 03/31/2022� Substance Use: Estimated number
