- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION FOR: Installation of 21 New Medical Gas Isolation Valves The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, located at 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, is announcing their requirement for: Installation of 21 New Medical Gas Isolation Valves. It is anticipated that a single firm-fixed price contract will result from this solicitation. This solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Vendors must be verified in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) at the time of offer submission to be considered for award. Offers from unverified SDVOSBs will be considered unacceptable and will be ineligible for award. Award will only be made to an eligible SDVOSB firm in the VIP database at the time of award. The Principle NAICS Code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The FSC/PSC is J065. The RFQ reference is 36C24721Q0371 and should be referenced in all correspondences/inquires. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the FBO website at https://beta.sam.gov/ on/by 02.12.2021, with quotes due on 02.17.2021 @ 10:00 a.m., EST. Quotes received after this day and time will be ineligible for award. Contractors are advised to be responsible for checking the website periodically for amendments. No hard copies will be provided. The Request for Information period to ask questions will close on 02.16.2021 @ 10:00 a.m., EST, and will not be extended past that day and time. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
