- Amendment 0003�02/12/2021 icnorporates� clarifications for the O'Neill Federal Building under the amended attachment PWS Attachment 1.2 Building Information.��Please be advised that the due date for responses is unchanged.�All quotes shall be received no later than 2/16/2021 for consideration in accordance with the Solicitation.� Amendment 0002��02/03/2021 5:10 PM� incorporates the revised Questions received during the Q&A period and the government's responses. Please be advised that the due date for responses is unchanged.�All quotes shall be received no later than 2/16/2021 for consideration in accordance with the Solicitation.� Amendment 0001 1/29/2021 incorporates the Site Visit Schedule into the solicitation.� Please view the Amendment 0001 SF30 for more details and the attached schedule.� Please be advised�Pre-Registration is required. Offerors who wish to pre-register shall e-mail the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer (kristin.oneil@gsa.gov and huy.le@gsa.gov) with the names of the participants, as well as their phone numbers, email addresses, title, and company affiliation, by 2/3/2021 3:00PM (ET).� COVID requirements: All site visit participants shall wear a facemask at all times during the site visit as well as make every attempt to remain six feet away from other individuals or groups on the site visit. Participants will not be provided face masks by the Government. Participants without face masks will not be allowed entrance into the building. The due date for responses is unchanged. All quotes shall be received no later than 2/16/2021 for consideration in accordance with the Solicitation.� _______________________________________________ The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1, has an ongoing need for interior and exterior window cleaning services for four (4) high-rise style Federal Buildings in the Boston, MA Metro Area. The heights of the buildings vary from 8 to 26 floors above ground. Required services will be performed at the following�Federal Buildings located in Boston, MA: Thomas P. O�Neill Jr. Federal Building; Captain John F. Williams Coast Guard Building; John W. McCormack Post Office and Courthouse; and John F. Kennedy Federal Office Building.� Please review the attached Solicitation and its attachements.
