- DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for construction to repair the BLDG 100 roof located at the 144th Fighter Wing. A section of the roof has a severe leak, and suffers water damage during inclement weather. Repair is necessary to prevent any further damage to the building, which serves as the base hangar. Additional details are provided in the�Standard Form (SF)�1442 (see attached). This solicitation W50S6T-21-Q-0011 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). The period of performance is�21 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (ANP). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and email/fax your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. SITE VISITS: Site visits can be arranged through the contact listed in FAR 52.236-27 of the SF 1442. Additional details are also provided in section 00100, paragraph 4 of the SF 1442. Due to COVID-19, attendance should be limited to only necessary personnel. Standard COVID-19 protocols will be followed during the site visit. Face coverings shall be worn when entering the base, when indoors, and when individuals are within six (6) feet of each other. Visitors will supply their own face coverings. Social distancing guidelines will be followed whenever practicable. PLEASE NOTE: Anyone experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks prior to the visit will be denied entry. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): Funds are not presently available for this project. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to midnight EST 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Amendment 1:� Administrative amendment to correct the solicitation document by providing the original solicitation due date. Amendment 2:� Amendment to extend the deadline for submission of quotes to 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 10 February 2021. Amendment 3:� Amendment to extend the deadline for submission of quotes to 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 12 February 2021. Amendment 4:� Amendment to (1) remove and replace the Statement of Work; (2) remove and replace the Wage Determination; (3) formalize the Government's source selection methodology; and (4) extend the deadline for submission of quotes to 2:00 PM Pacific Time on 17 February 2021.
