Description

This procurement will be restricted to BAE Systems Land and Armaments, L.P. (CAGE 06085) for the Engine and Power Pack Sling (P/N 12639412), which is part of Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (BFVS) A4 variant. The Justification and Approval (J&A) permitting Other than Full and Open Competition was approved on 11 February 2021. Delivery of the Engine and Power Pack Sling will begin 4 months after receipt of order. The total Engine and Power Pack Slings quantity is 43 each for this procurement. Inspection, Acceptance, and FOB will be Origin. The offer due date is on or about 26 March 2021. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-WRN. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
