Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be unrestricted.. The ""anticipated"" solicitation issue date is 16 February 2021. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
