Description

This is an RFI for�an aircraft Media Blast Room at Laughlin AFB, TX. Please answer the attached�questions when responding to this RFI. An optional site visit will be conducted on 17 Feb 21 at 0930 CST. Due to Covid Restrictions all interested parties will need to meet at the�Visitor�s Center at the West Gate and then follow Contracting/CE to the site. To comply with LAFB Covid guidance, only 10 people(govt personnel included) are allowed at the site at a time, but all contractors will be able to review the site. All preventative measures like face mask and social distancing shall be followed in accordance with base policy. Any questions from the RFI attachment, and any questions that arise from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to Contracting by 22�Feb 21 at 1100 CST, and a response will be given by 26�Feb 21 at 1100 CST. Once a final list of questions and answers has been compiled, the list will be sent out to all interested parties by 3 March 21 at 1400. *Contractors attending the Site Visit are doing so on a voluntary basis, and the contractor is responsible for any costs incurred from the site visit and for responding to the RFI as a whole.* **SITE VISIT UPDATED DUE TO WEATHER** The Site Visit has been pushed to 23 Feb 21 at 0930 CST due to incliment weather. Questions will now be submitted in writing to Contracting by 27 Feb 21 at 1100 CST,�and a response will be given by 3�March�21 at 1100 CST. Once a final list of questions and answers has been compiled, the list will be sent out to all interested parties by 8�March 21 at 1400.
