Description
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to perform pier-side intrusive material inspections of CO2 Removal Units, Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, with Submarine Maintenance Monitoring and Support Performance Monitoring Team (SMMS PMT) assistance under the on-site direction of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY).� The primary focus of this task will be thorough intrusive inspection of the CO2 scrubbers.� This inspection is the first step in the new Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) driven maintenance philosophy.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment- Ship and Marine Equipment.� Size standard is 1,250. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, DUNS number; and 2) tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
