- This sources sought has been updated to correct the NAICS code associated with the requirement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. All interested parties should respond. The 109th Airlift Wing, Stratton Air National Guard Base, may issue a solicitation and award of a contract to ""Renovate Operations Building 2A"" subject to availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of selected interior spaces to include demolition, structural, and slab foundation work; plumbing; electrical; carpentry, drywall, trim, painting, tile and other finish work; Addition of an ADA Accessible Ramp, removal of stairways and a consolidation of rooms; Construction of a 2,600 SF addition; Repair of Roof Ballast; Renovation/Upgrade of HVAC Systems; Construction of Fire Suppression System; and �Sanitary and Storm drainage system modifications All interested concerns should provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 24 February 2021. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, should include: (1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor; (2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (see attachment provided in FBO posting); and (3) A listing of similar (multi-discipline construction/ renovation) projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of�Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
