- The purpose of this amendment to solicitation 36C24721Q0354 is to: Post Questions & Answers all follows: Provide Quality Assurance Plan (QASP): Please verify your meaning of pruning, does this reference trees only? Trees and shrubs. Do you require the application of mulch to be at 3 inches and what color? Yes, and try to Match the existing color. Brown or Reddish mulch. Are there any outlying properties are parking areas? Not to my Knowledge. Contractor shall plan for parking. At no time shall contractor vehicles be parked on roadways, patient parking areas, near loading docks, etc. The requirements for mowing are 25 mowing are 4 mowing per months within the depicted months on the SOW, however how would contractor approach months that have 5 weeks? Grass should be cut 4 times a month not necessarily weekly. The scope states ""replacing any dead plants and flowers"", is the offeror to be responsible for the cost of plants or flowers as well as labor to complete? This effectively leaves unlimited liability for the caring of plants installed by another party, as stated, which could become very costly in the event that a large quantity of the landscape dies. Yes the contractor is responsible for replacing any dead plants or flowers. Can you provide a map of the property? Please see below Does property line extend from Shine Ave to Aerodrome?
