- THIS IS A COMBINED SOLICITATION / SYNOPSIS.�The Alpena CRTC has a requirement to repair the Small Arms Range Building 7040 Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) (MIANG), Alpena, Michigan 49707. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools,materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to repair the Small Arms Range.�The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and replacement of safety deficient items as defined in this DOS. The period of performance is 120 days from contract award.� This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811310.
