- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end item source of the following product from Quantum Microwave Components, LLC: Quantity: 1, Amplifier: LNF-LNC65_115WB Low Noise Factory, Cryogenic LNA RF bandwidth: 65-115 GHz Noise: 28K typical Gain: 23dB DC-power: Vd=1.00V, Id=7mA One gate and one drain supply only RF-connectors: WR10, UG387/U DC-connector: 9-pin female Quantity: 1, Connector: LNF-NANO9M DC-connector: 9-pin female Nano-D Quantity: 1, Power Supply: LNF-PS3b Low Noise Factory New LCD Constant Current LNA Linear Power Supply PS3b is redesigned from ground up using much lower noise components than PS3. PS3b has a Vdsense function to measure the actual Vds across the LNA. This is useful in coolers which have large wire resistance. PS3b has a power switch PS3b has a display power switch. The drain voltage is regulated and adjustable within a wide range. The gate voltage is automatically and continuously adjusted to give a set drain current. Vd and ld are clearly displayed on the LCD monitor screen for easy bias control. Vd and ld are set by trim potentiometers on the front panel. The power supply is powered through the new linear power supply LNF-PBA Power Block An external linear power supply with +/-12VDC� can be used instead of the LNF-PBA LNF-PS3b includes: - 2 LNF-CAB_PBA_PS3b, PS3b to PBA cables; - 2 LNF_PS3b_LNA, PS3b to LNA cables Quantity: 1, Power Supply:LNF-PBA Manufacturer: Low Noise Factory Low Noise Linear Power Block Powers up to Qty 8 LNF-PSS3b's LNF-PS3b's are not included AC Input 115 VAC or 230 VAC CE Certified: PBA is in compliance with EMC 2014/30/EU and LVD 2014/35/EU In accordance with: EN 61326-1:2013 and EN 61010-1:2010 The award will be made based upon the Lowest Price method.
