- IMPORTANT NOTICE:� This is a reminder to inquire about the site visit scheduled for 17 February 2021. If you are interested in attending�the site visit, please email Aisha Adams�(aisha.adams@us.af.mil) by�16 February 2021 3:30 PM�CST. Any inquiries after this time will not be considered for the site�visit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621Q0034 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210115. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 561622 and the size standard is $20,500,000.00. This is a requirement for CAC Enabled Doors as stated in the attached package.
