Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT National Park Service (NPS) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Grand Lake and Granby Delineated Area: Cities of Grand Lake and Granby, Colorado (within a 25�mile radius) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Studio Apartments Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Two Bedroom Apartments Space Type: Housing Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government (Rocky Mountain National Park) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of studio, one-bedroom, and/or two-bedroom units, furnished, with kitchen, bathroom(s), and common living/dining space. The total number of bedrooms sought is twenty-five (25). Kitchens should include appliances such as an electric range, oven, and refrigerator. Lessor should provide water and sewer, coin operated laundry, parking and facility maintenance. At least five (5) units should be single-bed studio or one-bedroom units and allow pets. Rocky Mountain National Park requires the ability to lease these residential units on a seasonal, six (6) month lease, from April�25, 2021 through October 30, 2021, with the option to repeat the seasonal six (6) month lease up to, but not to exceed, an additional three years. This will allow the Park to house seasonal government employees and their families who cannot be accommodated in the current housing inventory, which was lost in the East Troublesome Fire.
