Ft. (ABOA):�27,945 Space Type:�Law Enforcement including Detainee holding cells, Evidence Storage, Office, and Lab Special Requirements: Detainee entrance must have drive up access Enclosed fencing for security parking requirement Sally Port for detainee ops Parking needed for full size bus with turning radius of 53� Parking Spaces (Secured):�36 Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside of the 100-year or 500-year flood plain.� The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boise, ID, that will be expiring.
