General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Idaho City:�Boise Delineated Area: North: W Ustick Road to North Curtis Road then NE to W State Street West: S Linder Road from W Victory Road to W Ustick Road South: W Gowan Road to S Orchard St then north to W Victory Road to S Linder Road East: W State Street to S Broadway Ave south to W Gowan Road Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�27,945 Space Type:�Law Enforcement including Detainee holding cells, Evidence Storage, Office, and Lab Special Requirements: Detainee entrance must have drive up access Enclosed fencing for security parking requirement Sally Port for detainee ops Parking needed for full size bus with turning radius of 53� Parking Spaces (Secured):�36 Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside of the 100-year or 500-year flood plain.� The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boise, ID, that will be expiring. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); � Date of space availability; � Building ownership information; � Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); � Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; � List of building services provided.
