Description

Amendment 0001 Site Visit is rescheduled for Monday, February 22 2021 at 10:00 am CST. This is due to inclement weather. The Questions will be due to the Contract Specialist by Tuesday, February 23, 2021 by 12:00pm (noon) CST. This is a non-personal services contract to provide elevator maintenance and repair services to various elevators located on Fort Leonard Wood (FLW), Missouri.� The goal is to support mission accomplishment by providing safe and operational elevators for occupants, users, and visitors to facilities identified to receive elevator maintenance services under this contract.� To meet this goal, close coordination is required between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) to efficiently provide elevator maintenance services while minimizing disruptions to operations within the facilities and meeting security requirements.� Current listing of elevator locations and data are in Technical Exhibit (TE) 2.� The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service�providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
