- This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811219. � The Requirement Will Consist of the Following: On-Site Service - Includes 1 Preventive Maintenance Service Response Time - Guaranteed 4-hour on-site emergency response, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. Customer Support - Includes access to Customer Resolution Center (x-xxx-xxx-xxxx) and Customer Services Network Online Internet portal. Includes 100% parts coverage including internal batteries (limits may apply excluding circuit breakers and switches) Labor & Travel - Includes 100% labor and travel coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day Service Professional - Performed by trained and authorized technician. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the services specified in the attached Scope of Work. (See attached SOW for maintenance requirements). � Instructions to Vendors:� Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Capability statements shall not exceed ten (10) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement. Also include where this product is manufactured. Responses are due no later than 12:00 pm EST, Friday, February 19th, 2021, and shall be electronically submitted to noel.a.sosnoski.mil@mail.mil. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Upon review of industry response to this sources sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest.
