AMENDMENT 002 IS ATTACHED ********************************************************************************************************* AMENDMENT NO. 001 IS ATTACHED ************************************************************************************************************** SOLICITATION: SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED. *************************************************************************************************************** SYNOPSIS:� THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ************************************************************************************************************************ December 7, 2020 SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A SURVEY OF THE MARKET TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS THAT CAN SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: 70Z08221BPACPZZ REBUILD CHRISTIANSTED HARBOR CHANNEL LIGHTS AT U.S. COAST GUARD ANT PUERTO RICO The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools necessary for the demolition and removal of six (6) existing federal Aid to Navigation (ATON) structures located in the Christiansted Harbor, and one (1) existing ATON Structure located southwest of Buck Island. This project constitutes offshore construction located in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Island. �The work includes all environmental requirements in the Coral Relocation and Avoidance and Minimization Plans. The performance period will be three hundred twenty (320) calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 237990. The small business size standard has an annual gross receipt of $30 million. Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are REQUIRED. The following are tentative dates for this project: Solicitation Issued: December 2020 Bid Opening: January 2021 Contract Performance Completion: January 2022 The solicitation and plans in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at https://beta.sam.gov under the above solicitation number. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for Women-Owned (WOSB), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Small Business concerns. At present, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside.
