- Page 2 of 2 Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charleston, South Carolina intends to enter a sole source procurement with Natus Medical Inc, in support of the Neurology Department for the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, located at 109 Bee Street, Charleston SC 29401. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334510 with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed contract is for the purchase of a EEG system which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 805-6, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested sources may submit technical capabilities and any other information that demonstrates ability to meet the requirements by submitting their interest in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing via email to darius.crane@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 9:00AM ET February 24, 2021. ~~~End~~~
