Description

Defense Health Agency (DHA), National Capital Region - Contracting Division (NCR-CD), Falls Church, VA intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for imaging agents and all associated items from vendors' commercial catalog/pricelist, as needed. The supplies will generally fall under Product Service code (PSC) 6515. Doses will be ordered 48 hours or more prior to patient�s scheduled appointment in Nuclear Medicine. Will order doses according to patient demand. Axumin unit dose fluciclovine F18 Cerianna unit dose fluoroestradiol F18 Amyvid The doses�are for use with the PETNET Diagnostic radioactive tracer. Product compatibility is required in order to� avoid voiding manufacturer warranty with PETNET� Solutions. This agreement may be issued for five (5) years. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirement Not Later Than (NLT):�February 26, 2020.�This Notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received relative to the above notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to establish future Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Agreements will include but are not limited to coverage for Walter Reed National Medical Center (WRNMMC). Notes: This document is not legally binding and it does not commit the US Government in anyway, all cost associated with responding to this Special Notice will be solely at the interested vendor's expense.
