Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Solider Center (DEVCOM-SC), intends to award on a brand name, sole source basis under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and NO Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements; a Firm Fixed Price contract to ThermoAnalytics Inc. for an annual software license renewal for MuSES software developed by ThermoAnalytics Inc. This annual software license can only be provided by ThermoAnalytics Inc. as ThermoAnalytics Inc. is the sole provider for this MuSES software package and does not offer it through any third party retailer. Natick Division anticipates awarding this contract to ThermoAnalytics Inc., 23440 Airpark Blvd, Calumet, MI, 49913-9233, United States. This is not a request for quotes. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210.
