- Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), CECOM, and Industry stakeholders, ACC-APG Division E will be posting Bi-monthly updates for known competitive acquisitions. �The posted slides are for informational purposes ONLY. This is NOT a formal solicitation / Requests for proposal (RFP) / Requests for Quote (RFQ). Do NOT submit any formal proposals / quotes to this posting. All information contained in this posting is subject to change at any time. The format is as follows: A ""Program Overview"" slide followed by the associated opportunity. Regular updates will be posted approximately the second Tuesday of every month. Update requests and questions may be accepted no later than one (1) week after the updates are posted. Limit TEN (10) questions per vendor submission. The Government will not answer or provide any source selection sensitive questions or information. Questions may be accepted on any of the information contained within the slide presentation. All questions must be submitted through SAM.BETA.GOV. ANY QUESTIONS SENT BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Answers may be posted with the update of the following month. ALL PROCUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION AT ANY TIME. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY FEEDBACK; QUESTIONS OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY INDUSTRY. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Interested parties shall not contact the requiring activity directly to discuss any of these specific requirements to avoid actual or the appearance of an OCI which can later ban your company from participating in a particular acquisition.
