- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is included. The Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) is intends to negotiate a firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Night Readiness LLC for a Virtual Terrain Board Training System for MC-12 Pilot NVG Training. This solicitation, W50S8T21R0005, is being issued as a Sole Source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Night Readiness LLC for a FFP type contract.� Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
