Description

The U.S. Consulate General Tijuana, Mexico, located at�Paseo de las Culturas S/N Mesa de Otay, Tijuana, B.C. 22420, is seeking a contractor to perform janitorial services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, at the U.S. Consulate General Tijuana compound. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM
