Taylor Street, Coleman Avenue / Market Street / E St. James Street South: Interstate 280 East: N. 4th Street / S. 4th Street West: Bird Avenue / S. Montgomery Street / W. Santa Clara / Stockton Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,454 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,877 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 4 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-year renewal Additional Requirements: -Space must be contiguous -Space cannot be housed near law enforcement -Space must be within a walkable mile from the courthouse at 280 S 1st Street. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
