Objectives Required to purchase 1 replacement Pot/Dish washer with required accessories which help clean the sheet pans and utensils. Bids will include removal of existing pot washer and factory authorized installation, training, and any warranty work on new equipment as needed for a specific period of time. Required to purchase new Tilting Skillet Braising Pan with required accessories which will help us to improve our menu offerings. The bid will include factory authorized installation, training, and any warranty work on new equipment as needed. Required to purchase one single door freezer and two double door freezers to replace existing, broke down freezer. Place of Performance / Delivery Visn2S Commissary located at St. Alban s CLC. Education and Training Requirements The Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that vendor employees providing work on the required equipment are fully trained and completely competent to perform the required work. Accordingly, any contract resulting from this solicitation will include this clause. The contractor is advised in performing contract administration functions, the CO may use the services of a support contractor(s) retained by VA to assist in assessing the contractor's compliance with the limitations on subcontracting or percentage of work performance requirements specified in the clause. To that end, the support contractor(s) may require access to contractor's offices where the contractor's business records or other proprietary data are retained and to review such business records regarding the contractor's compliance with this requirement.
