THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. General Services Administration, The Office of Strategic Communication (OSC) seeks to procure a media clipping software as a service (SaaS) that would enable us to quickly and efficiently capture a wide spectrum of information related to GSA. A media clipping SaaS will help OSC access more coverage and news clips by automatically searching terms and keywords in order to identify and analyze content relating to GSA and putting together a wide ranging package of daily news clips that can be disseminated to all offices nationally. A media clipping service will assure that OSC is up-to-date with a comprehensive overview of GSA�s media coverage.
