- Subject: Energy Automation Operational Technology Sustainment (EAOTS), Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE) Maintenance Award Synopsis Contracting Officer: Julie Miller Contracting Officer Address: DCSO Columbus 3990 East Broad Street Columbus, OH 43213 The solicitation SP4702-20-R-0014, which was issued through beta.SAM on 17 June 2020 and closed on 03 August 2020, resulted in the award of a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, SP4702-21-D-0001, to KBR Services, LLC (3GJU9). This award is for continued services supporting the maintenance on the installed Automated Fuel Handling Equipment located at multiple designated places of performance worldwide, which includes providing the required personnel and equipment to perform the maintenance for the AFHE systems and implementing equipment installation at these sites. This effort consists of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support, SCADA Maintenance, Support Documentation, Meter System Calibration, and Equipment and Material Support. All services including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and travel for maintaining and repairing equipment associated with the AFHE systems are encompassed under this effort; to include all services in support of design, procurement, installation, testing, subsystem/system implementation, system interfaces, training, documentation generation, integration and system troubleshooting of installations/modifications to the AFHE system. The contract was awarded on 09 February 2021 with a period of performance from 13 March 2021 through 12 March 2026. The estimated amount of this contract is $38,109,181.90, with a $100,000.00 minimum and $49,500,000.00 maximum obligation amount. The contract contains 22 contract line items. This award was made under full and open competition, with no set asides.
