- The Indian Health Service (IHS) has determined a need to provide for sewer line replacement located on Confederate Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation Trust Land, located in Jefferson County, OR.� The following work requirements are anticipated: This project will replace 100 lineal feet of failed wood stave sewer main with 8-inch PVC sewer main. The project will restore conveyance of wastewater for this section serving 15 homes along Miller Heights Road and cleanup soils that have been contaminated by wastewater exposure.
