Description
This shall serve as notice for an Industry Day to be held on 05 February 2021 to discuss the procurement of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Services for the B-1B Advanced Digital Test Station (ADTS). This Industry Day will cover the CLS requirements for the B-1B ADTS, to include Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities within the areas of spares management and procurement, repair and maintenance, failure reporting, and obsolescence forecasting in support of Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 35 stations located at various Air Force Bases in the continental United States. The Industry Day will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams within the Department of Defense�s (DoD�s) Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) environment. A dial-in telephone number will be provided for companies that do not have Microsoft Teams. The Air Force is looking procure the next CLS services for the B-1B ADTS requirement to provide quality SCM services that include storage, delivery, initiate repairs with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and testing of more than 200 Government-Owned parts for the ADTS. Government Furnished Property (GFP) will be furnished upon award of the contract. The Air Force is looking to streamline the source selection process by limiting the source selection to only key discriminators and use of written proposals. We are looking for industry's input to assist the Government's effort to define key discriminators. The Government will convene an open session for general industry discussion on issues and concerns from 09:00 to 10:30 via Microsoft Teams. There will be an optional one-on-one breakout sessions, not to exceed 30 minutes per company, and will be conducted between 10:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00.� These one-on-one sessions are for individual companies interested in discussing specific issues and concerns relative to their company�s interest. The breakout sessions will be back and forth discussions and will not include industry capability briefs. Each breakout session is limited to no more than (2) participants per company for both the open session and one-on-one breakout session. Each company shall submit their written request to participate in a 30 minute one-on-one breakout session as well as indicate their preference to participate via Microsoft Teams CVR or telephone conference.� Breakout sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first-served basis. Foreign participation is not permitted. As a note, this anticipated requirement will be a small business set-aside that will be discussed at the upcoming Industry Day. As this Industry Day will be held virtually, registration is required in advance with the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer. To receive the appropriate login information and conduct a test connection prior to the actual Industry Day, registration requests shall be submitted no later than 03 Feb 2021, 12:00 P.M. EST. Registration request shall be submitted from interested companies with the following information for Industry Day attendees: Name of company, CAGE code of company, two points of contact to include name, phone number, and e-mail address, Microsoft Teams CVR or telephone conference, and whether or not a one-on-one breakout session is being requested. Additionally, all questions in reference to the B-1B ADTS CLS Industry Day shall be submitted no later than 03 FEB 2021, 12:00 P.M. EST.
