- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for EasyID� Ver. 4 Annual Support Services for the Patient Administration Division at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAG Humphreys, South Korea. �The anticipated period of performance is from�01 March 2021 through 28 February 2022 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods, and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.� The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to GBS Corp. since they are the software developer and distributor of the proprietary EasyID� software. �GBS Corp. is the only vendor authorized to provide OEM upgrades, software patches and certifies operating licenses as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). � This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offerors; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. �The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 541511 and the annual size standard is $30M.
