Description

The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to Lyme Computer Systems, (Cage Code 1BS14). The Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center-Engineering (CCDC CBC), requires a Solidworks license renewal for one year. The service and or supply will include solidworks pdm pro cad editor service renewal and purchase of solidworks plastics trimech training, and other requirements listed in the purchase description. Lyme Computer Systems is currently the sole GSA Schedule Holder of SOLIDWORKS Products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210. Posting date of this requirement is 19 February 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 5 March, 2021. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. This is not a Request for Quote. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis for the required Supplies/Services.
