Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order, and is requiredby FAR 5.203. Pursuant to 13.106�1(b), the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)�intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order withInternational SOS, located at 3600 Horizon Blvd., Suite 110, Trevose, PA 19053for integrated security and health solutions for DFC travelers abroad.International SOS provides a robust framework that delivers Duty of Careobligations to DFC employees with 24�hour global protection that includesmedical, security, and online services. Anticipated award date is March 15, 2021.Services include the following:�24 hours a day/7 days a week access to doctors and security specialists online,on�call and on the ground for medical and security referrals and advice �Coordination of medical and security evacuation/repatriation �Membership cards, eGuides and communication materials �Travel Risk Management Roadmap session with a security expert �Branded Communications Portal �Location specific pre�trip advisory emails with targeted travel, medical andsecurity information �TravelTracker website �Multi�channel communication platform �Assistance App Check�in functionality �Travel Risk Awareness eLearning� Travel Tracker Incident SupportThe anticipated period of performance is one base year plus two option years.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for thisrequirement is 524298 with the size standard of $15 million. The intent of thisnotice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information receivedfrom interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However,interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities forsatisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability tosuccessfully perform this effort.
