- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C25221Q0369 for Medical Physicist services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wi. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or around Feb 18, 2021. The contractor shall provide all services for CT, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Dental Units. The contractor shall make these Medical Physicist services available to the VA as needed. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690. This procurement is set aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127.
