AMENDMENT 0001 IS TO: 1) To update the Introduction section of the original presolicitation to change the language from PRE-SOLICITATION COMPETITION TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER to PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A NON-COMPETITIVE CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER. 2) To change introduction language: ""The National Institutes of Health (NIH),Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) on behalf of the Department of Laboratory Medicine (DLM), Clinical Center (CC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to:"" to The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) on behalf of the Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM),Clinical Center (CC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to: Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. 2303 Lindberg St Auburn, CA, 95602-9562 , UNITED STATES **ALL OTHER PRE-SOLICITATION DETAILS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
