- This amendement to the Request For Proposals (RFP) is issued to�post�FINAL RFP and the government response to the questions.�This amendment includes the following two attachments: 1. Final�RFP - FAA Parking Garage Management Services. 2. Government Response to the questions -� Final. As a result, the proposals due date is extended through Fri, Feb 26, 2021 @04:00PM EST. *************��������� **************����������������������� ************����������� ************�� This Request For Proposals (RFP) is revised and the changes in the RFP are highlighted in RED. OST is also publishing Government response to the questions received. This amendment includes the following four attachments: 1. Revised RFP - FAA Parking Garage Management Services. 2. Government Response to the questions -� FAA Parking Garage. 3. Attachment 3, Contract Pricing Sheet-Revised 4. Attachment 6, FAA Garage Layout. As a result of the above, the proposals due date is extended through Feb 22, 2021 @12:00PM EST. *************��������� **************����������������������� ************����������� ************����� This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information in reference to this acquisition. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) is issuing this solicitation, number 693JK421R900001, as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930, ""Parking Lots and Garages"", with a small business size standard of 38.5 Million. The Product Service Code for this procurement is M1LZ, ""Operation of Parking Facilities."" This combined synopsis/solicitation RFP is 100% small business Set-Aside. Information regarding questions and proposal submission deadlines: Questions pertaining to this acquisition should be addressed to Ajmal Khan Contract Specialist CTR, via email at Ajmal.Khan.Ctr@dot.gov with a courtesy copy to Robin Gates, Contracting Officer via email at Robin.Gates@dot.gov, as soon as possible but no later than 12:00PM EST January 29, 2021. Phone calls will not be entertained.
