- An amendment 0002 is to provide questions and answers: 1. Question: Is there a volunteer musician in place? Answer: Yes 2. Question: Will the chapel fund the CCLI licensing of the music sheets? Are there music sheets that the Roman Catholic Guitarist can utilize at the chapel? Answer: CCLI Licensing is Current and in place 3. Question: What is the schedule of the services and rehearsals? Answer: Refer to Page 3.1 of the SOW for more details: Regular Masses 52 Regular Rehearsals; 52 Special Masses/Services; 10 Special Rehearsals 10. 4. Question: What are the COVID-19 Protocols? Answer: Social distancing of six feet and masks at all times 5. Question: If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number? Answer: No. This is a brand new requirement. 6. Question:�Will there be option years? Answer: Yes. There will be a Base option year + 4 Option Years. The offer due date/time has not been extended. An amendment 0001 has been posted: The purpose of this amendment is to: A. Page 1, The response date to the RFQ has been changed from: 18 Feb 2021, 1200PM EST, to: 22 Feb 2021, 1200PM EST. B. Page 1, Schedule to attend auditions, has been changed from:19 Feb 2021, 0900 in person has been changed to: 23 Feb 2021, at 1330PM in person at Langley AFB, VA. C. Page 1, Any questions must be submitted has been changed from: Tuesday, Feb 16th, 2021, 1200PM EST to: Thursday, 18th Feb 2021 at 1200PM EST. D. Page 5,Rescheduled audition, Langley AFB, VA in person from: 0900 AM EST 19 Feb 2021, to: 1330 EST 23 Feb 2021. 1100 Chapel Catholic Mass Music Director/Musician.��(The quote shall be effective for 30 days after submission of quote). Please respond to this RFQ by filling out this form and emailing response to: A1C River Samelin at E-mail: river.samelin.ph@us.af.mil and Ms. Marietta Fry at E-mail: marietta.fry@us.af.mil no later than 12:00PM EST, February 18, 2021 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely, and schedule to attend auditions by February 19, 2021 at 0900 in person at Langley AFB. Please carefully review all special notes, instructions, clauses, and provisions contained herein to ensure compliance. Some provisions listed below require offerors to provide information in order for their response to this solicitation to be considered complete. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless ALL of the following conditions are met: input is received before award is made; the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition; and it was the only quote received.
