AMENDMENT 2:�This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the RFQ deadline to 26�February 2021 by 10:00 AM CST. Additionally, in accordance with DFARS�252.225-7012, Berry Amendment compliance is required.The information below has been updated to reflect this data.� AMENDMENT 1:�This solicitation is hereby amended to extend the�RFQ deadline to 18 February 2021 by 10:00 AM CST. The information below has been updated to reflect this data.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested as a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 338 Enterprise Sourcing Solutions (referred to here after as Government) intends to award a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 Total small business set-asides.� This letter is a Request for Quote (RFQ).� A proposal in response to this RFQ is due to the Government no later than 10:00 AM CST, 26�February�2021.� Email quote to Trevor Talamantez at trevor.talamantez@us.af.mil and to Capt. Shenique Russ at shenique.russ.3@us.af.mil. Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quote.� In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the offeror for any costs.� 1. Please provide a written quote that includes a technical solution for meeting the requirements in Attachment 1, Statement of Work. 2. Please provide Cage Code and DUNS number before the due date and time for this RFQ.� A Company point of contract with email and phone number. 3. Refer to Attachment 2, Price Spreadsheet, for list of contract line item numbers (CLINs), items, quantities, and unit of measure. Please complete Attachment 2, pricing spreadsheet with proposed pricing (round to the nearest whole dollar).���� 4. Basis for Purchase Order Award ����������� 4.1 The Government intends to award only one Firm-Fixed Price contract without discussions. Therefore, the initial proposal should contain the best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to seek clarifications, and/or conduct discussions if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. Communication conducted to resolve minor or clerical errors would not constitute discussions and the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award without the opportunity to revise proposals. ����������� 4.2� The requirement is for brand name only.� The requirement description of the canopies is located in the Statement of Work (Attachment 1).� Responses which do not conform to the brand name requirement will not be considered for award.���� ����� � � � � � �4.3 Price Evaluation: The Government will conduct a Price Analysis to determine if proposed prices are reasonable. Proposed prices will be evaluated for reasonableness, which may be determined based on prices submitted by the competition, historical pricing, current market conditions, comparison to the Independent Government Estimate, and/or other price analysis techniques. Prices shall be included for all CLINs identified in the Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2). Electronic documents shall be in Microsoft Word and/or Excel format (Microsoft Office 2010 or current version) or Adobe Acrobat Reader. � � � � � 4.4 Government intends to award only one contract to the Contractor who provides a proposal that meets the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) and whose price is most advantageous to the Government. 5. In addition, the vendor must complete applicable provisions in Attachment 3-Clause and Provisions. 6. Award shall be made only to contractors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded that Representations and Certifications are to be maintained at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. 7. This RFQ is not an authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor for this requirement. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. 8. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES; refer to Attachment 1, SOW. 9. The anticipated acquisition schedule is as follows: Quote Due: 26 February�2021 Contract Award: 12�March 2021 Anticipated Delivery: 15 April 2021 10. The quote is due 26�February�2021 by 10:00 AM�Central Standard Time (CST). 11. Question regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to both the Contracting Officer, Trevor Talamantez, at trevor.talamantez@us.af.mil, and Contract Specialist, Capt. Shenique Russ at shenique.russ.3@us.af.mil .� All questions must be submitted via email no later than 3 February�January 2021, 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). 12. The quote shall be submitted via email to both the Contracting Officer, Trevor Talamantez, at trevor.talamantez@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, Capt. Shenique Russ at shenique.russ.3@us.af.mil no later than 26�February�2021 by 10:00 AM�CST, and must conform to the requirements of this RFQ and its attachments.� Once submitted, please verify that your quote has been received.� 4 Attachment(s): 1.
